02 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with HDBD, you must register using accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details may be closed at any time and balances forfeited. Only one account is permitted per user. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, payment method, or household, they will be flagged as duplicate accounts and all associated bonuses will be voided.

• Identity verification using a National ID card or passport is mandatory.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

HDBD supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking methods including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.

The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Winnings generated from bonus balance are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• Bonus validity: must be used within 30 days of claiming.
• Winnings from free spins are subject to a 20x wagering requirement.
• Cashback bonuses carry no wagering requirement.

10 Limitation of Liability

HDBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances. However, in the event of a verified technical fault on our end, HDBD guarantees a full refund of the affected wager.
